Sending push notifications from a server through the Codename One push service.

PushNotification builds the message, in the same envelope the app's PushClient receives, including the commands that update a widget or a Live Activity. PushTarget names a device by provider and token, and reads the device keys the app registers. CloudPush sends the message with the application's server API key and answers a PushResult.

Server code: this package is not available in the app.
